Women and Power.

 

Their is a major craving for power by women across the globe.The constitution has clearly stated in black and white on how this issue should be responded to.This growing culture of women taking over power has been witnessed all over the world though with struggle.I would like to envision the world of women and power.Are women ready for this?

     Its a major challenge posed to women,who still show signs of not ready and willing to take over power.Few women have shown courage and even challenged men in  larger platforms and this have motivated many women across the globe though  major set backs confirmed that cripple this move.

   Lack of proper support from women themselves.Women do not want to support their fellow women either because of jealousy or other selfish motives.This has a major challenge for the women who are standing for power.If their could be a proper support for them then more women will come out from their cocoons and take over power.

  Lack of self confidence is also another challenge that women face.Women contesting for political seats have it that politics is for men and that has hindered them to contest fairly for power.

   Furthermore their is a percentage of women who don't want to fight for power rather they want power to be given to them through other means.They don't want to work hard for it,using the excuses that they are just women."What a Man can Do a woman can do also" if this quote is true,then women should also stand the same platform that men also stand.

   Nowadays we see more women taking over high job posts,music indutries,women playing games e.t.c its no longer a mans job to do all these and its a greater start for success to women.Let's give them a proper platform but this does not mean that the boy child should be excluded.
